SecOps Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Security & SecOps Specialist to join a leading enterprise organization and take a key role in managing, operating, and implementing advanced security technologies across hybrid environments.

This role combines security operations, infrastructure security, cloud security, and ownership of Microsoft security platforms, while supporting organization-wide security projects from design to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Microsoft security solutions across the organization

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Microsoft 365)

• Administer Microsoft Intune, including endpoint management, compliance policies, and application deployment

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Identity Protection, and identity security controls

• Support and implement security controls across cloud environments (Azure/AWS)

• Lead security product deployments, upgrades, integrations, and policy implementations

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex security platform issues

• Work closely with IT, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams on security initiatives

• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new security technologies and solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Information Security, SecOps, or Security Engineering within an enterprise environment - Mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Security - Intune, Entra ID, Defender - Mandatory

• Experience implementing and managing security policies and controls

• Familiarity with Cloud Security concepts and security controls in Azure and/or AWS

• Experience troubleshooting and operating enterprise security platforms

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with F5 technologies (VPN, ZTNA, WAF)

• Experience working with Fortinet and/or Check Point firewalls

• Familiarity with AI Security concepts and emerging AI-related threats

• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell or Python
