Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our E3D team and support the development, validation, and transfer of manufacturing processes for innovative drug delivery devices.

Role Overview

• Lead and support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes at production sites in accordance with product specifications, while ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Oversee validation activities conducted at manufacturing sites and with subcontractors
• Support manufacturing and supply activities throughout product development stages
• Manage manufacturing equipment projects, including defining equipment needs, writing technical requirements and engineering specifications, reviewing design and execution, and validating equipment performance and outputs
• Lead process validation activities and support smooth transfer from development to manufacturing
• Handle and investigate internal and external customer complaints

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Biomedical Engineering
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advantage: experience in the plastics industry and/or medical device field
• Advantage: experience working with subcontractors and suppliers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
