Business Application Specialist

Our Data, AI & Marketing practice at Deloitte Digital is growing, and we are looking for a talented Business Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work with local and international organizations on innovative projects across Salesforce, CRM, Marketing platforms, and AI-driven applications.

You will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, helping design, develop, and deploy scalable business applications that create real impact for our clients. We are looking for a developer with strong technical skills, a product mindset, and a passion for solving business challenges through modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions on the Force.com platform
• Build scalable backend services using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript in a microservices architecture
• Design and support CRM, Marketing, and AI-driven business applications
• Implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build and maintain REST/JSON APIs and integrations with external platforms
• Develop GenAI capabilities, including LLM-based services and RAG pipelines
• Contribute to technical design, architecture, and development best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in local and global Agile projects
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Strong backend development skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• High level of English, written and spoken — required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GenAI solutions in production
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain, and vector databases
• Experience with Marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Understanding of business processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
