Automation & Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Automation & Maintenance Technician to join a leading industrial manufacturing company.

This role combines hands-on responsibility for industrial automation systems with maintenance of automated production lines, ensuring maximum equipment availability, operational efficiency, and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and control system failures on production lines.
• Maintain and improve industrial automation and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support integration, operation, and maintenance of robotic systems and advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Work with sensors, drives, actuators, and control components.
• Assist in upgrading production lines and improving system performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation and/or maintenance of production lines.
• Practical Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Hands-on experience with industrial control systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems.
• Experience with pneumatics and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical English.
