We’ve built a strong brand presence and are entering an exciting stage of growth. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team, take ownership of key marketing initiatives, and help scale one of the most unique brands in the technology and media industry.
This is a key role in the company, ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. We’re looking for an all-around marketing player: someone strategic, creative, analytical, hands-on, and excited to be involved across all areas of marketing.
About the Role** This role is full time, hands-on, in the company’s Rinatya office. No hybrid/remote options available.**
As Director of Marketing, you will be part of all marketing initiatives at Klydoclock, from online growth and campaign execution to brand storytelling, content, partnerships, product launches, customer journeys, and creative marketing projects.
You will work closely with the VP Marketing, design, product, development, and performance teams to turn ideas into clear marketing plans, strong creative assets, successful campaigns, and measurable business results.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. We are looking for someone who can manage projects, write and improve marketing messaging, analyze performance, coordinate between teams, identify growth opportunities, and make things happen in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities- Take an active role in planning and executing marketing initiatives across brand, growth, content, product marketing, partnerships, launches, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the VP Marketing to turn marketing goals into clear plans, creative briefs, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Manage marketing projects from idea to execution, including timelines, coordination, reviews, and delivery.
- Collaborate with design, product, development, and performance teams to create strong marketing assets and successful campaigns.
- Support online growth across the website, online store, landing pages, paid campaigns, email marketing, and conversion funnels.
- Shape and improve marketing messaging, campaign concepts, creative directions, and brand storytelling across different channels.
- Analyze marketing performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into clear next steps.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, brand marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
- Strong all-around marketing ability, with the ability to think strategically and execute hands-on.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, online customer journeys, landing pages, paid campaigns, email marketing, and conversion funnels.
- Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives at the same time while keeping high attention to detail.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create, manage, analyze, improve, and execute across multiple marketing areas.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work with designers, developers, product teams, and external partners.
- A proactive, independent, creative, and business-minded approach.
- Strong ownership mentality and the ability to move projects forward from idea to execution.
- Experience working with a physical product brand.
- Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Experience with premium, design-led, lifestyle, tech, or media brands.
- Ability to use editing tools for simple design, image, or video tasks.
- Knowledge of AI tools and techniques to improve workflows, speed up execution, and support creative and analytical work.
- Experience building or improving email funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Experience supporting partnerships, launches, or cross-channel marketing initiatives.
