IT Risk management

Join one of the leading banks in Israel and take a significant part in shaping and

managing the organization’s technology risk environment. As an IT Risk Manager in

the IT Risk and Regulatory Management Unit, you will be a key partner in supporting

the bank’s technology activities, while identifying risks and opportunities, implementing

regulations, and promoting an advanced risk management culture.

What You'll Do:

• Support tribes and activity domains within the Technology Division on risk, control, and regulatory matters
• Conduct risk assessments for systems, products, and new technology initiatives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through the definition of controls and mitigation plans
• Identify business and operational opportunities and assist in removing organizational and technological barriers
• Lead and implement regulatory requirements and technology compliance standards
• Participate in professional forums and cross-organizational discussions
• Monitor technological and regulatory trends
• Prepare and present risk assessments, status updates, and insights to senior management
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the Technology Division and other business units

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in control and risk management fields- Must
• Broad technological knowledge and understanding, and familiarity with technological platforms and systems- Must
• Ability to analyze processes, think critically, and maintain a holistic perspective-Must
• Familiarity with technology regulations- Must
• Ability to learn independently, take initiative, and lead processes- Must
• Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities- Must
• Experience working with managers and senior executives within an organization- Must
• Previous experience in the banking sector or large financial institutions- Advantage
