Role Description The Campaign Manager is a full-time, In this role, you will plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact for clients. You will coordinate campaign execution end-to-end, including brief creation, audience definition, messaging alignment, and performance tracking. On a daily basis, you will analyze campaign performance data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and ROI.
The role also involves regular communication with clients, reporting on results, and proactively suggesting new tests and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong campaign management skills, including hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing B2B campaigns.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex performance data in a clear and actionable way.
- Understanding of sales processes and alignment between marketing campaigns and revenue goals, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience working with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms, attribution or reporting tools).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B tech or SaaS is a plus.
- Super strong analytical skills
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta ads.
