Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join a leading financial organization and help shape the way business operations are managed, measured, and improved.

This is a highly impactful role that connects data, processes, and business units. You will play a central role in improving operational efficiency and enabling better, faster, data-driven decisions across the organization.

What you will do:

• Analyze and improve business and operational processes using data and insights.
• Build a clear cross-organizational view of workflows and identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Use BI tools to develop dashboards, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
• Translate business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.
• Support budgeting and planning processes for operational initiatives.
• Own Billing and operational workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field – required.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Operations and Billing environments – required.
• Strong experience in BI tools and data analysis. Experience with automation or AI tools – a plus.
• Ability to define processes and write clear requirements for complex systems.
• Experience in budgeting and execution of business initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
