Delivery & Professional Services Manager
Entrypoint’s Digital Division is seeking a Delivery & Professional Services Manager to lead the implementation, deployment, and successful delivery of business solutions for the company’s clients.
This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Customer Value Realization, with end-to-end responsibility for execution from the moment a deal is signed through implementation, adoption, and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will lead Delivery and Implementation teams, manage strategic customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead all Delivery and Professional Services activities within the Digital Division.
- Drive the handover process from Sales to Delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and full execution of customer commitments.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of business processes for clients using a variety of technology platforms and solutions.
- Translate customer business requirements into implementation plans, delivery roadmaps, and execution strategies.
- Manage Delivery teams, implementation specialists, and solution experts.
- Oversee capacity planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple customers and projects.
- Manage complex customer escalations and serve as the senior point of contact for critical delivery matters.
- Build and optimize delivery methodologies, KPIs, governance processes, and operational controls.
- Collaborate closely with executive management, sales teams, customers, and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, project profitability, delivery quality, and achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Delivery Management, Professional Services, Implementations, or Business Solution Delivery - mandatory.
- Proven experience managing professional teams - mandatory.
- Significant experience working with enterprise and business customers - mandatory.
- Hands-on experience leading implementation and deployment projects involving Information Systems, CRM, ERP, BPM, or similar business platforms - mandatory.
- Experience in a services, consulting, integration, or Professional Services environment - a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to operate in a multi-customer, multi-project environment.
- Broad technological understanding and familiarity with modern business systems and platforms.
- Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Priority, or similar platforms - an advantage.
