An international retail and consumer-focused company is seeking a senior global finance leader to join its leadership team .

The company operates across international markets through a combination of retail, distribution, and digital commercial channels and is continuing its global expansion.

This opportunity could fit either an experienced CFO or a strong Global Finance Director / VP Finance ready for the next step.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading global finance operations across international subsidiaries

• Supporting international growth and operational scale-up

• Managing global reporting, budgeting, treasury, cash flow, tax, and compliance

• Supporting retail and multi-channel commercial activities across global markets

• Overseeing financial aspects of inventory, import/export, logistics, and supply chain operations

• Strengthening financial infrastructure, controls, and business processes

• Partnering closely with leadership on strategic and operational decision-making

We are looking for candidates with:

• Strong international finance leadership experience within retail, consumer, lifestyle, fashion, e-commerce

• Experience managing global subsidiaries and multi-jurisdiction finance operations

• Strong understanding of inventory-driven and operationally complex businesses

• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally

• Experience supporting growth and scaling environments

• Big Four background , CPA - mandatory
