Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the ongoing implementation, functional expansion, and deployment of additional modules as part of a multi-year S/4HANA project within a large public organization.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end management—from requirements gathering, planning, and budgeting, through to production deployment, operations, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Plans & Risk Management: Define project scopes and timelines; proactively manage risks and mitigate delays.
• Vendor & Interface Management: Lead internal teams, external vendors, and consultants.
• Procurement & Reporting: Formulate technical specifications for public procurement tenders and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Implementation Experience: At least 10 years of experience in implementation, including S/4HANA projects, with a track record of leading end-to-end implementations (from characterization to go-live) in at least 4 large Israeli organizations.
• Project Management & Consulting: At least 10 years of experience in ERP project management and consulting for senior executive levels, including experience in at least one public sector organization.
• Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with Solution Manager and project management tools.
• Language Skills: Native Hebrew and high-level English (both written and verbal).
