Position Overview-

• Senior Multi-Disciplinary Systems Integration Engineer taking comprehensive ownership over the end-to-end (E2E) calibration, validation, and integration of core LiDAR modules and peripheral architectures.
• Driving the lifecycle of next-generation perception products from initial hardware bring-up and lab characterization to full-system validation and field deployment at client sites.
• Partnering cross-functionally with R&D, Hardware Design, Firmware, and Algorithm divisions to align complex system interfaces, analyze root-cause failures, and build custom automated testing infrastructure.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a highly quantitative technical discipline from a leading academic institution - Mandatory (M.Sc. - Advantage)
• 5+ years of proven professional experience leading systems integration or systems engineering within complex, multi-disciplinary (HW/SW/Optics) environments - Mandatory
• Deep technical expertise in E2E system bring-up and troubleshooting, spanning physical hardware interfaces, firmware loops, power distribution parameters, and system-level reliability - Mandatory
• Strong command of network and communication protocols, specifically Ethernet layers (TCP/IP, UDP/IP, PTP) alongside embedded busses (MIPI, SPI, CAN/FD) - Mandatory
• Advanced scripting proficiency in Python for rapid prototyping, data analysis, and automated test design, alongside deep fluency with Wireshark network telemetry analysis - Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience operating specialized laboratory diagnostic equipment, system characterization tools, and electronic measurement hardware - Mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of driving milestones independently inside fast-paced, cross-functional engineering teams - Mandatory
