Job Description

• :Analyze business and process requirements from department stakeholders and align them with the capabilities of the relevant system, while defining required enhancements, modifications, and customizations
• .Prepare requirements specification documents and high-level functional design documents in accordance with project and system methodologies and standards
• .Write test documentation, perform acceptance testing, prepare data migration/conversion documents, and participate in migration and conversion processes
• .Provide second- and third-level support for user inquiries and system issues
• .Learn, document, and present project-specific business processes and workflows
• .Actively participate in project teams responsible for business process analysis and implementation
• .Lead system customization activities to support business requirements
• .Facilitate business user focus groups, support system implementation activities, and conduct user training sessions
• .Evaluate the suitability of existing products and systems against customer requirements

.Requirements

• :At least 3 years of experience in customer/business requirements analysis
• .Relevant academic degree from a recognized institution, or a Practical Engineer/Technician diploma, or graduate of a military technology unit (such as Mamram), in Systems Analysis or a related field, or completion of relevant professional training programs – mandatory
• .Experience working in an SAP environment
• .Experience working with software development teams and programmers
• .Experience working according to systems analysis methodologies and standards (such as the Israeli MAFTACH methodology or equivalent)
• .Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• .Experience working in large-scale organizations
• .SAP training and/or certifications relevant to the project domain
• .Experience leading business processes and driving requirements definition with customer stakeholders
