BUYME is looking for a proactive and strategic Head of B2B Sales to lead our business division,selling BUYME’s products to companies and organizations across the country.
In this role you will manage 2 Team Leads directly, with 10 Sales Managers beneath them, and will report directly to BUYME Chief Business Officer.
This role sits at a critical junction of revenue management, people leadership, and complex operations.
We are looking for a true "People-Leader" - someone who genuinely loves people and relationship-building, but is equally driven by data and hands-on sales and execution.
As the Head of B2B Sales, you will not just manage from an office, you will dive deep into the field, mentor your team through complex negotiations, and identify the next growth engines for the company.
Role Objective:
To lead the B2B sales strategy and execution, ensuring high-impact revenue growth while fostering a high-energy, people-centric sales culture.
You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and front-line sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Execution & Business Development: Lead the market rather than reacting to it. Define proven sales "playbooks," plan for risks, and identify new growth engines within HR and Welfare trends (Up-sell/Cross-sell).
● Hands-On Leadership: Manage and mentor Team Leads and sales professionals through close coaching. Maintain a down-to-earth leadership style, being present in the field and diving into details to help close strategic deals.
● Enterprise Negotiation: Lead active and direct negotiations with high-level procurement, HR and finance departments in Enterprise organizations.
● Data & BI Mastery: Utilize HubSpot and Power BI for absolute control over the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
● Operational Excellence: Synchronize with Operations, Finance, and CSM teams to ensure perfect execution of sales, particularly during peak holiday seasons.
● Culture Building: Foster a positive, high-energy work environment, maintaining team morale even during high-pressure periods.
Requirements
Must-Have:
● Proven Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing sales teams and developing middle management (Team Leads).
● Experience selling in the B2B field, specifically in the Israeli market.
● Hands-on Approach: A leader who is willing to get their "hands dirty" in the field and assist the team in the front lines.
● Analytical Skills: High "Data Fluency"—the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and BI tools.
● Strategic Proactivity: A track record of initiating processes and identifying growth opportunities rather than just "putting out fires".
● Interpersonal Excellence: A real people-person with a passion for long-term relationship management with both clients and employees.
● Driver’s license - this is a field position and requires driving often to face to face meetings.
