Campaign Analyst

A leading financial organization, recognized for its innovation and digital transformation initiatives, is seeking a highly analytical Campaign Analyst who can turn data into actionable business insights. This role serves as a strategic partner to Customer Journey Managers, with responsibility for performance analysis, continuous optimization, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced audience segmentation and generate actionable business insights.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work extensively with databases, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
• Provide analytical support and recommendations to Customer Journey Managers.
• Collaborate closely with BI, Product, and various business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience working with campaign management platforms such as Unica Campaign or similar solutions, including Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, and others.
• Strong SQL skills with significant experience working with databases.
• Proven experience in data analysis and generating business insights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau - an advantage.
• Experience working with Big Data environments and/or conducting A/B testing - an advantage.
