Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Group Coordinator at The Biblical Museum of Natural History in Beit Shemesh. The Group Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and organizing group visits, managing bookings, providing assistance during tours, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The role also includes liaising with schools, organizations, and tour leaders to coordinate tailored group experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with attention to detail
• Fluent Hebrew, Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with groups and team members
• Experience in event coordination or group management
• Ability to work on-site with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Familiarity with customer service practices
• Interest in natural history, biblical studies, or museum environments is advantageous
• Computer literacy (proficient in standard office software and scheduling tools)
