Operations Coordinator – Finance & Securities Department

Your opportunity to enter the world of finance and capital markets and join the Operations Department at ESOP, part of Phoenix Investment House.

Job Description:

Gain exposure to employee equity compensation plans (Stock Options, Shares, RSUs, and more).
Process sale transactions for publicly traded companies, including tax liability calculations and net proceeds determination.
Generate reports for client companies based on stakeholder requirements (sales reports, tax reports, employee termination reports, etc.).
Handle periodic reporting to the Israel Tax Authority.
