DevOps Engineer

An established, well-funded InsurTech & B2B Data Intelligence startup that utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate deep behavioral and operational insights on businesses worldwide.

The proprietary platform enables global insurance enterprises to rapidly assess, underwrite, and quantify commercial risk, transforming manual auditing into a streamlined, high-velocity data pipeline.

Located in Tel Aviv (exceptionally accessible, situated near a main train line) and operating on a flexible hybrid model with three days of remote work per week.

Position Overview

• Senior DevOps Engineer joining a collaborative infrastructure duo to architect, scale, and secure high-throughput cloud topologies.
• Taking complete ownership over containerized environments, multi-region cloud infrastructures, and high-availability data layers processing global scale queries.
• Designing automated infrastructure-as-code pipelines to support rapid, continuous deployment cycles across innovative AI and data products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven professional experience operating as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer within product-centric tech companies - Mandatory
• Deep, expert-level technical mastery and extensive production experience with Kubernetes orchestration - Mandatory
• Significant hands-on engineering experience managing and scaling enterprise infrastructure over major cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Mandatory
• Proven track record architecting and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous integration - Mandatory
• Prior professional experience operating within high-growth SaaS startups or fast-paced product environments - Advantage
• Strong technical background or hands-on programming experience in Backend Software Development - Advantage
