Growth Marketing Team Lead

Wanted: Growth Marketing Team Lead for an ecommerce SaaS company in the center of Tel

Aviv (Azrieli area). This is a very rewarding full-time and hybrid position (two days a week from home).

The chosen candidate will spearhead the conversion engine and primary revenue driver

of a fast-growing global platform, owning the top-of-funnel strategy.

Leading a dedicated, cross-functional Growth Squad of designers, copywriters, and developers,

you will drive high-velocity CRO experimentation while strategically overseeing company-wide Search Engine Acquisition and Email Marketing.

This high-impact role places you at the helm of the organization's primary growth metrics, offering the unique opportunity to bridge high-volume traffic with high-intent conversion in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

● Direct the day-to-day workflow and operations of a multi-disciplinary Growth Squad

(designers, copywriters, developers) to ensure high-velocity, high-quality asset output.

● Own the hypothesis, execution, and measurement of rigorous A/B tests and funnel

improvements to turn incoming traffic into active, retained users.

● Lead the high-level strategy and execution for Search Engine Marketing (SEM/UA)

and Email Marketing life cycles across all company brands and touchpoints.

● Partner closely with data teams to build performance dashboards, tracking key growth

KPIs to provide data-driven insights that directly impact the bottom line.

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years of Growth or Performance Marketing experience specifically within a B2C or

B2SMB SaaS environment.

● Proven leadership experience directly managing multi-disciplinary marketing

specialists, designers, or web developers.

● Demonstrated expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a track record of

measurably improving conversion funnels through structured A/B testing.

● Deep technical and analytical proficiency with CRM/analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot,

Google Analytics) and dedicated A/B testing platforms.

● Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency; experience within the ecommerce sector or Shopify ecosystem - significant advantage.
