Your Mission

As VP R&D, you will have full ownership over architecture, team scaling, and execution. You will work side-by-side with the CEO and Product teams to translate complex manufacturing challenges into high-performance, scalable systems.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Leadership: Define the R&D vision, build a high-performing engineering team, and foster a culture of speed, ownership, and product-first execution.

Architecture: Lead the design of AI-native systems, integrating LLM-based workflows, internal models, and robust data pipelines.

AI-First Execution: Implement modern, AI-driven development workflows (“Vibe Coding”). Build systems that generate, evaluate, and improve themselves.

Product Impact: Own the full development lifecycle. Balance rapid iteration with long-term system scalability.

Scale: Hire, mentor, and scale our R&D organization, ensuring high velocity and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in software development, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.

Hands-on Mastery: You are a builder-leader who still codes and leads by doing. You have a deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and full-stack environments.

AI/ML Fluency: Proven experience building data-driven platforms, LLMs, or AI-native systems.

Mindset: Strong ownership, product intuition, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You don’t just manage; you create structure and ship fast.

Execution: A track record of delivering real products—not just maintaining systems.

– הגדרת חזון ה-R&D של החברה, הקמת צוות הנדסה איכותי ובעל ביצועים גבוהים, וטיפוח תרבות ארגונית ממוקדת-מוצר, מהירות ולקיחת אחריות.

– הובלה וארכטוק של מערכות AI-native מתקדמות, שילוב תהליכי עבודה מבוססי LLM, מודלים פנימיים וצינורות נתונים (Data Pipelines) איתנים וסקילביליים.

– הטמעת תהליכי פיתוח מודרניים מבוססי AI ("Vibe Coding") ובניית מערכות חכמות שמייצרות, מעריכות ומשפרות את עצמן.

– הובלת כל מחזור החיים של הפיתוח מקצה לקצה, תוך איזון מדויק בין איטרציות ופיתוחים מהירים לבין יציבות המערכת לטווח ארוך.

– גיוס, חניכה, שימור והרחבת ארגון ה-R&D בחברה, תוך שמירה על מהירות פיתוח גבוהה ומצוינות טכנית ללא פשרות.

דרישות:

– ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בפיתוח תוכנה, מתוכן לפחות 2 שנים בתפקידי ניהול הנדסי בכיר (Director / VP R&D) – חובה.

– מנהיג/ה טכנולוגי/ת שעדיין כותב/ת קוד (Hands-on), בעל/ת הבנה עמוקה בארכיטקטורת מערכות, APIs וסביבות Full-stack

– ניסיון מוכח בבניית פלטפורמות מונעות נתונים, אינטגרציות LLM בפרודקשן או מערכות AI-native מורכבות

– רקורד מוכח של אספקת מוצרים מורכבים לשוק (ולא רק תחזוקת מערכות), אינטואיציה מוצרית חזקה ויכולת הובלה ותפקוד גבוה בתנאי אי-ודאות.

– משרה מלאה, עבודה במודל On-site מהמשרדים בתל אביב.

– הזדמנות פז להצטרף לחברה בשלבים מוקדמים (חברה ממומנת ומייצרת הכנסות) עם אחיזה ממשית בשוק, ולהשפיע ישירות על בניית המוצר והצוות מאפס.

– עבודה בחזית הטכנולוגיה והבינה המלאכותית בסביבה דינמית, צומחת ומאתגרת במיוחד.
