Position Overview-

• QA Team Lead / Software Testing Manager taking full direct and matrix-managed ownership over a distributed team of 14 QA Specialists (primarily based in Israel) specializing in end-to-end software verification with light hardware-software integration touchpoints.
• Architecting the global testing strategy, standardizing QA methodologies, and designing rigorous inspection frameworks to uphold absolute product quality across the entire development lifecycle.
• Partnering closely with multi-disciplinary Product, Software R&D, and Hardware Engineering divisions to streamline continuous integration loops and release schedules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven professional experience in manual software testing within complex, product-centric engineering environments - Mandatory
• 2+ years of dedicated experience in a QA Team Lead / Testing Manager capacity, directly managing and mentoring verification teams - Mandatory
• Deep structural mastery across diverse validation methodologies, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System-level, and Usability testing - Mandatory
• Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal), with exceptional cross-functional communication and report-writing skills - Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience utilizing modern QA governance and lifecycle tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent platforms - Mandatory
• Experience operating within fast-paced Agile / Scrum development methodologies - Advantage
• Practical experience or conceptual knowledge in transitioning manual testing suites into Automation testing frameworks - Advantage
• Technical proficiency utilizing AI-assisted tools and LLMs for generating test scenarios, optimizing automated code blocks, or drafting comprehensive QA documentation - Advantage
