Production Integrator

HumanTouch Surgical is a cutting-edge medical device company developing innovative robotic and minimally invasive surgical solutions that are transforming the future of surgery.

We are seeking a hands-on Production Integrator to join our Operations and Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and integration of advanced medical devices, working in a regulated cleanroom environment and following detailed work instructions and quality standards. You will support the manufacturing process from receiving work orders and kitting components through cleaning, preparation, assembly, documentation, and production reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys working independently while maintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure products are built accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production work orders according to manufacturing schedules and procedures.
• Pick and prepare components and materials based on kit lists.
• Perform component cleaning and preparation processes.
• Assemble and integrate medical devices in a cleanroom environment according to approved work instructions.
• Read and follow work instructions and technical documentation in English.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
• Report production activities using computerized systems, including Priority ERP.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, cleanroom requirements, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment – mandatory.
• Experience in assembly, integration, or manufacturing of medical devices or precision products – advantage.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Experience working with computer systems and production reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP – advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Independent worker with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
