Information Technology Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s information systems, IT operations, infrastructure, business applications, and end-user support. The role ensures reliable technology services, supports business needs, coordinates vendors and projects, and helps implement practical improvements across the organization.

• Manage daily IT operations, systems availability, and user support.
• Oversee infrastructure, network, devices, access management, and basic cybersecurity controls.
• Support and maintain core business applications such as ERP, CRM, BI, and related tools.
• Coordinate small to mid-size IT projects, system upgrades, and new implementations.
• Work with vendors and service providers on support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, asset tracking, and service records.
• Support data backups, recovery processes, and business continuity readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better technology use.
• Assist management with technology planning, budgeting input, and reporting.
• Ensure IT practices follow internal policies and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems support, or technology management.
• Experience managing infrastructure, business applications, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics, user access, backup processes, and IT service management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and BI systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
