Located in a central tech district (highly accessible, situated near a main train line) and operating on a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Software Engineering Director / R&D Manager taking full strategic and technological leadership over the software and control divisions.
• Directing an engineering department of approximately 15 developers and researchers, defining cross-functional roadmaps, building master development schedules (Gantt charts), and standardizing delivery pipelines from design to manufacturing production layers.
• Orchestrating the software evolution of motion-control architectures and embedded algorithms to continuously push performance boundaries.

Requirements-

• 10+ years of proven professional experience in R&D environments specializing in high-performance electromechanical systems, motion control, or advanced industrial automation - Mandatory
• 2-3 years of dedicated managerial experience leading software, algorithm, or multidisciplinary engineering teams - Mandatory
• Deep technical expertise in motor control principles (including Field-Oriented Control (FOC), torque/speed control, sensored and sensorless topologies) - Mandatory
• Robust engineering background in power electronics and hard real-time embedded systems (utilizing DSPs, MCUs, or FPGAs) - Mandatory
• Advanced, hands-on programming mastery in C/C++ for embedded layers alongside expert-level proficiency in simulation/modeling toolchains like MATLAB/Simulink - Mandatory
