Our European arm, Arion Retail Group, is headquartered in Amsterdam - operating in 8 markets today, growing to 14 by 2027, anchored in exclusive partnerships with Lululemon and Birkenstock - and expanding Factory 54 in Europe.

The group generates $650M in annual revenue and, within two years, is expected to reach$1 billion. It is privately held, successful, and entering a significant growth chapter - international expansion, new brand partnerships, and the launch of F54 AI Labs, our in-house AI product company.

The Role

We are hiring a Group CFO to lead finance across the entire group - Israel and Europe, retail and technology, today's operations and tomorrow's deals. This is a global role, based in Israel: the Israel CFO and the European finance organization both report to you.

The role was created by growth. The group has evolved from a leading Israeli retailer into a multi-country platform, and the finance function is evolving with it. You will own the full financial picture - multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction - and sit at the table where the group's biggest strategic decisions are made.

We need a CFO who runs a modern finance organization - and who can lead an acquisition, structure a financing, and negotiate with a global brand partner in the same month.

What You Will Own

Group Global Finance & Operations

• The entire finance organization across Israel and Europe - accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and reporting across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions
• Financial planning and performance management for all group arms - retail, brand partnerships, and F54 AI Labs
• Cash management, FX exposure, and banking across ILS, EUR, and USD
• The financial infrastructure of a scaling group - systems, controls, and processes built for14 markets

Strategic Finance & Deals

• M&A - sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing acquisitions and investments alongside the Co-CEOs
• Debt and financing strategy - capital structure, credit facilities, and funding the group's expansion
• The financial side of brand partnerships - deal models, franchise economics, and smart negotiations with global partners
• Board-level financial strategy for a privately held group building for the long term

Leadership

• Build and grow the finance teams in Israel and Amsterdam
• Partner directly with the Co-CEOs on strategy, expansion, and capital allocation
• Set a modern, data-driven standard for how the group plans, measures, and decides -with AI tools

What We're Looking For

• Brilliant, commercially sharp, and a natural leader of people
• Meaningful experience in leading finance roles, including time as a CFO or deputy CFO
• A genuine operator's mindset - you see finance as the operating system of the business, not the scorekeeper
• An AI mindset - you understand the value these tools bring to a finance organization, and you have the character to evolve with a world that's changing fast
• Experience across the worlds we operate in - multi-entity finance, M&A, financing - even if you haven't done all of it yet
• A real understanding of operating in international markets
• Fluent English; comfortable working across Israeli and European business cultures
• Advantage: retail, consumer, or comparable operational background - inventory, margins, and cash conversion at scale; experience taking a finance organization through rapid international expansion
• Above all - the ambition to lead the financial future of a group that is still being built, and the judgment to be trusted with its biggest decisions
