AI Visibility Campaign Manager

We are looking for an AI Visibility Campaign Manager for an innovative role that combines campaign management, project management, and cross-functional work across the worlds of AI and digital.

The role includes leading AI Visibility campaigns for clients and brands, with the goal of strengthening their visibility, presence, and Share of Voice across AI tools and generative search engines.

As part of the role, you will manage the activity end-to-end: understanding client goals, implementing an existing methodology, working with internal and external stakeholders, measuring performance, surfacing insights, and leading actions for continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with strong digital and technological literacy, project management skills, analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to independently lead processes in a dynamic environment.

What will you do?

• Manage AI Visibility campaigns for clients and brands — from scoping and understanding the business need to implementation, measurement, and optimization.
• Own the project execution: build work plans, coordinate between stakeholders, track tasks, identify blockers, and drive processes through to completion.
• Work closely with clients, sales teams, content teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Implement an existing AI Visibility methodology and adapt it to different clients based on their goals, audience, content, and business potential.
• Measure and present results: analyse Share of Voice, track improvements in visibility, identify opportunities, and generate insights for ongoing activity.
• Provide professional support to sales teams.
• Support clients throughout the activity, manage expectations, present status updates, and lead actions that create ongoing value.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in campaign management, digital project management, Customer Success, or a similar role — a must.
• Strong digital and technological literacy, with the ability to understand technical processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, track execution, and close open ends.
• Ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance metrics, and turn them into clear insights and actionable next steps.
• Understanding of content, websites, measurement, and digital optimization.
• Strong curiosity about AI, generative search engines, and new digital technologies.
• Fast and independent learning ability in a new and evolving field.
• Ability to work with clients and sales teams, including presenting insights and managing expectations.
• Commercial thinking and the ability to identify business potential among existing and new clients.
• Highly organized, independent, responsible, proactive, and able to lead processes in a multitasking environment.
• Familiarity with measurement tools, dashboards, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools — an advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO / AI Search / GEO — an advantage.
• High-level Hebrew and English.
