Marketing Manager - Medical Company

An international company in the medical field is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing activities, strengthen the brand, and support business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and execute the annual marketing plan
• Manage digital and offline campaigns, including social media, PR, advertising and promotional activities
• Manage the company website, digital assets and marketing content
• Lead brand visibility and marketing activities at the point of sale
• Plan and manage events in Israel and abroad
• Work with local and international vendors, sales teams and business partners
• Manage the marketing budget and track performance
• Manage a small team and external suppliers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Experience in an international company, preferably in the medical field
• Experience managing employees
• Fluent English
• Experience leading global marketing campaigns
• Hands-on experience with digital tools, social media and content management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends
• Full proficiency in Office, including Excel
• Experience with AI tools for content creation, task management and process optimization — significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a relevant field
