The Role
VYBS is looking for a founding Monetization & CRM Manager to own our lifecycle marketing, LiveOps, and monetization functions from day one.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tel Aviv. You'll report directly to the founder and build the entire function from scratch — no existing team, no inherited playbook. With over 1M downloads and rapid growth, your campaigns will have direct, measurable impact on revenue and retention at scale.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end CRM across the full user lifecycle — onboarding, active engagement, churn prevention, and win-back — via push notifications, email, and in-app messaging.
- Design and run LiveOps: promotional events, special missions, challenges, seasonal campaigns, and any creative initiative you believe will move the needle on engagement.
- Build and execute monetization promos — limited-time boosts, bundles, reactivation campaigns, and concepts we haven't thought of yet.
- Define KPIs for every initiative, run A/B tests, and iterate relentlessly based on data.
- Build the CRM and LiveOps roadmap from scratch, prioritize independently, and own the results.
- Work across 50+ leading game titles, bringing fresh thinking to a broad and dynamic content slate.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in mobile gaming in a CRM, LiveOps, or monetization role.
- Hands-on CRM platform experience (Braze or similar) — you've built flows, set up segments, and configured events yourself, not managed someone who did.
- A creative operator mindset: you can develop a promo concept at 10am and have it live by 3pm. Execution matters more than decks.
- Analytical enough to own your outcomes — comfortable reading dashboards, interpreting campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions without needing a data team to translate for you.
- Self-directed and self-managed — you'll report to the founder with no CRM lead to shadow. You set your own roadmap and hold yourself accountable.
Nice to Have
- You've been the first CRM or LiveOps hire at a startup before.
- Direct, hands-on experience with Braze.
- Familiarity with UA economics and how lifecycle marketing intersects with paid acquisition.
- Experience running reward-based or loyalty mechanics within a gaming or consumer app.
