This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Sales Manager will oversee call center sales operations, drive team performance, and implement strategies to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales training programs, analyzing KPIs, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. As a key leader, the role involves motivating the team and fostering an environment of excellence.

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and supervising sales teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client engagement and relationship-building
• Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms to track performance and improve sales processes
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in marketing tools and strategies for AI or tech-savvy industries is preferred
• Prior experience in call center operations or sales management is beneficial
• Native or fluent level of Hebrew; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
