Position Overview-

• Principal Backend Software Architect (Hands-On) taking comprehensive cross-organizational architectural ownership over the enterprise Backend division.
• Reporting directly to technical executive leadership, you will spearhead high-impact modernization initiatives, driving the gradual strategic migration of low-latency, mission-critical systems from On-Premises topologies into Cloud microservices.
• Operating in a Hands-On capacity to design distributed system layouts, orchestrate deep Design Reviews, ensure structural modular consistency, and enforce elite Best Practices for extreme Scalability, Reliability, and Fault Tolerance.
• Partnering cross-functionally with DevOps, CyberSecurity, Product Management, and Engineering units to champion the adoption of next-generation tech stacks, including AI-assisted workflows and advanced observabilities.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly quantitative technical discipline from a reputable academic institution - Mandatory
• 7+ years of proven professional experience specializing in Backend Software Engineering within complex product environments - Mandatory
• 2+ years of dedicated professional experience operating in a Software Architect / System Architect capacity over large-scale distributed systems - Mandatory
• Deep technical mastery and architectural experience with high-performance languages, specifically C++ and C# (or strong dual-competency covering high-performance object-oriented programming ecosystems) - Mandatory
• Direct, hands-on architectural experience orchestrating enterprise migrations to a major Public Cloud environment - Mandatory
• Proven background building and scaling containerized Microservices architectures (utilizing containers, orchestration toolchains, and asynchronous messaging systems) - Mandatory
• Strong architectural familiarity with relational databases, database query tuning, system observability frameworks, and reliability engineering - Mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills with a proven capability to guide technical professionals and drive cross-organizational consensus - Mandatory
