What you’ll do

• Design systems that improve speed and coverage across our UAV platforms
• Perform testing, integration, and performance analysis of RF communication systems
• Work with receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers, filters, antennas, and TX/RX chains
• Develop and execute RF test procedures and validation plans
• Troubleshoot complex RF/system issues in the lab and in the field
• Integrate radio communication systems onto airborne platforms
• Conduct range tests and operational field experiments
• Serve as a professional focal point for internal teams and customers

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree with RF / Communication specialization
• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in RF lab testing of receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers, filters, antennas, and RF chains
• Extensive experience working with RF test equipment
• Experience integrating radio communication systems
• Experience writing test procedures and validation documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience with maritime communication systems and antennas
• Experience supporting operational systems in field environments
