Position Overview

• Backend Engineering Team Lead taking direct technical and managerial ownership over a core R&D squad, reporting to engineering leadership.
• Acting as a pivotal bridge between core platform infrastructure and specialized AI/Machine Learning Research divisions, ensuring seamless deployment of real-time Computer Vision pipelines.
• Architecting and scaling a high-throughput, low-latency microservices ecosystem built primarily with Python and Rust running over containerized cloud topographies.

Requirements

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly quantitative technical discipline from a reputable academic institution - Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience operating as a Backend Software Engineer within product-centric software companies - Mandatory
• 2+ years of dedicated professional experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Management capacity, directly managing software development squads - Mandatory
• Proven professional background architecting, deploying, and optimizing scalable systems within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud ecosystem - Mandatory
• Hands-on production-grade engineering experience working with container orchestration via Kubernetes - Mandatory
• Practical familiarity with modern system observability and telemetry frameworks, specifically Grafana and Prometheus - Mandatory
• Professional programming experience or deep technical familiarity with Python or Rust - Mandatory
• Prior experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools or deploying production-grade MLOps pipelines - Advantage
