AI & Automation Consultant (Part-Time / Project Based)

We are a growing real-estate company specializing in urban renewal and redevelopment projects across the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.

We are looking for an experienced AI and Automation professional to help us identify inefficiencies, eliminate manual work, and implement smart AI-driven workflows across the organization.

This is a hands-on role working directly with company leadership.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify bottlenecks

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows

• Automate repetitive operational tasks

• Integrate business systems and data flows

• Improve productivity and operational efficiency across departments

• Train team members and support implementation

• Proven experience implementing business automation solutions

• Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Make, n8n, Zapier and related tools

• Business-oriented mindset

• Ability to independently analyze, design and deploy solutions

• Demonstrated track record with real projects

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Experience in real estate, sales, marketing or operations environments
