Full Stack Team Lead

Position Overview-

• Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead managing an elite, agile squad of 2 to 3 Full-Stack Developers, reporting directly to engineering leadership.
• Balancing responsibilities with a significant Hands-On component, actively architecting and writing production-grade code across the entire stack.
• Leading the development of high-scale, security-focused web systems and real-time analytical dashboards using a modern backend and frontend stack within a cloud-native and relational database environment.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of proven professional experience in a Team Lead or Management capacity, leading technical Full-Stack software engineering units - Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on programming fluency and production experience in Python (or equivalent modern backend languages) - Mandatory
• Strong architectural and development experience building rich, highly interactive user interfaces in React - Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly quantitative technological discipline - Mandatory
• Solid engineering familiarity with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) and cloud native deployment infrastructure (such as AWS) - Mandatory
