We're serial entrepreneurs building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. Small team, strong execution, no fluff.

We're not going to oversell this with buzzwords. Here's what's true: we're moving fast, we make real decisions, and the person who joins us will have genuine ownership of the product and technology from day one. You will:

• Build and own core systems end-to-end, from architecture through deployment and iteration
• Make real technical decisions - on stack, infrastructure, and product direction
• Solve problems fast, and know when to slow down and do it right
• Help shape how the engineering team grows as we scale

Who we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience
• Uses modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) as a natural part of how you work
• Strong backend engineering - distributed systems, microservices, scalable APIs, and keeping systems observable (logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or GCP) with solid observability practices - Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar
• 0→1 mindset - fast, independent, impact-driven; you care about what ships, not just what's written
• Familiarity with backend languages (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and solid data skills - modeling, pipelines, structured data
• Willing to work from our office in Ra'anana, side by side with the founding team

You'll stand out if you:

• Leadership or mentoring experience - you'll have the opportunity to build and lead the team as we grow
• Node.js experience
• Full-stack or frontend experience - ability to own the consumer-facing layer is a strong plus
• Experience in digital health, compliance-related products, or consumer-facing apps
