Position Overview-

• Senior Backend & AI Data Engineer reporting directly to the VP of R&D, joining an elite, close-knit core engineering team driving the foundational architecture of the platform.
• Architecting and building high-scale, distributed backend services, secure APIs, and complex Data Pipelines capable of processing massive volumes of sensitive medical and operational telemetry.
• Taking end-to-end (E2E) ownership over the integration of next-generation AI features—designing autonomous multi-agent systems and intelligent Agentic Workflows using modern LLM infrastructure to automate complex clinical decision-making paths.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience specializing in Backend Software Engineering within product-centric companies - Mandatory
• Expert-level programming mastery and deep, hands-on production experience in Python - Mandatory
• Proven professional background architecting, scaling, and maintaining complex Data Pipelines and processing frameworks for massive data volumes - Mandatory
• Direct, practical engineering experience building applications with GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Frameworks, and modern AI toolchains - Mandatory
• Strong architectural experience deploying and managing high-scale microservices within a major Public Cloud ecosystem (specifically AWS via Kubernetes) - Mandatory
• Absolute readiness and willingness for routine international travel to the USA (approximately one week per month) - Mandatory
