Real Estate Analyst

A leading real estate financing company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join its growing credit and investments team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real estate financing transactions, work alongside experienced professionals and take part in evaluating and monitoring complex projects across the Israeli real estate market.

The role combines financial analysis, risk assessment and transaction execution, with ongoing interaction with developers, appraisers, attorneys and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

Analyze real estate financing transactions and assess project feasibility

Perform financial, business and risk analysis of residential real estate projects

Prepare investment and credit committee materials

Review financial models, project budgets and cash flow projections

Support transaction structuring and financing processes

Monitor approved transactions and ongoing portfolio activity

Work closely with developers, appraisers, attorneys and external advisors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities

High proficiency in Excel

Experience in financial analysis, real estate analysis, credit analysis or project finance – advantage

Understanding of real estate development and financing processes – advantage

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
