Job Description:

“Hamatspen” (a subsidiary of Effective Partners and Harel Investments) is seeking a CPA/Economist for an intensive and dynamic role focused on leading business processes. As part of our growth phase, we are looking for a team member for a meaningful, demanding, and high-responsibility position that includes direct work with management teams, entrepreneurs, and senior executives in the Israeli market.

The role is suited for individuals with strong personal resilience, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to lead processes in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial and business analyses to support decision-making, financing, and growth
• Perform in-depth work with financial statements, budgeting, cash flow, and controls
• Evaluate the economic feasibility of projects and companies
• Work directly with management teams, entrepreneurs, and financial institutions
• Maintain high involvement in business processes and influence company operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration – required
• Significant and continuous professional experience in a central role (CPA / Analyst / Economist / Finance / Valuations) – a strong advantage
• Proven experience in financial statement analysis and strong business acumen – required
• Ability to work independently, handle high workloads, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lead processes and work with senior stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities
