Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of International Recruitment Adviser is based in Abuja, Nigeria. The role entails managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, guidance, placement, visa processing, and conducting credibility interviews, seminar and webinar including predeparture briefing. The adviser will engage with external partners and candidates, ensure effective communication, and provide strategic recruitment support to meet partners and international hiring goals. This position requires understanding market trends and aligning recruitment strategies to clients and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Recruitment for International Education purposes
• Experience in document vetting and placement processes to ensure smooth and seamless application and admission process
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and business partners
• Ability to contribute to and enhance Employer Branding to attract genuine students
• Knowledge of visa processing, global recruitment trends and compliance regulations
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in student recruitment scenarios
• Relevant experience in the student recruitment or International education field
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of studies and qualification
• Be certified by British Council or any relevant body
• Must have served / finish NYSC
