🎯 Role Overview

A practical, hands-on position within the world of enterprise information systems.

You’ll take ownership of a core organizational system, operate in a multi‑layered technological environment, and collaborate closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development teams.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Daily operation and support of a mission‑critical enterprise information system (Production)

Troubleshooting complex application and infrastructure issues

Working directly with users across all organizational divisions

Data extraction, data cleansing, and interface validation

Improving and optimizing existing system processes

Coordinating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams

Managing multiple cross‑organizational interfaces

Additionally:

Working with scripts and automation

Involvement in DevOps‑related tasks

Supporting system changes, upgrades, and version releases

✅ Requirements

Must‑have:

Relevant academic degree (Information Systems / Computer Science / Infrastructure)

2+ years of experience with Information Systems / IT

Experience working with databases (SQL)

Strong understanding of infrastructure / applications / production environments

Hands‑on troubleshooting capabilities

Nice‑to‑have:

Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter)

Familiarity with DevOps or scripting

Experience in complex enterprise environments

Experience collaborating with infrastructure or operations teams
