Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable AP Bookkeeper to manage and maintain our day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our company’s financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and experience working with Priority.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Maintain accurate ledgers and reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records

• 3+ years of proven experience as a bookkeeper
• Experienced with Excel and Priority – a must
• High level of English proficiency
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
