This is not a classic corporate PM role.

We are looking for someone who wants ownership, speed, pressure, ambiguity, and measurable impact. Someone who gets into the details, talks to customers, works closely with R&D and operations, uses AI aggressively, and cares about outcomes — not just roadmaps.

About the opportunity:

 We are looking for a Product Manager to own PayMe’s accounting and invoicing product.

This role sits at the intersection of product, UX, FinTech operations, automation, data, and AI.

You will own the product roadmap, customer experience, internal workflows, backoffice automations, product analytics, and measurable business outcomes.

You will not be expected to write production code.

But you are expected to be highly hands-on with AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to create dashboards, internal tools, product prototypes, workflows, AI agents, and automations that help you and the company move faster.

You will:

• Own PayMe’s accounting and invoicing product end-to-end.
• Improve onboarding, dashboards, invoicing flows, accounting workflows, merchant portals, and backoffice experiences.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, agents, and workflows using Claude Code, Codex, and other AI tools.
• Work daily with R&D, operations, support, sales, finance, and customers.
• Turn messy inputs, customer pain, operational bottlenecks, and data into clear product priorities.
• Be accountable for metrics such as activation, retention, paid conversion, ARPU, feature adoption, support reduction, automation rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Move fast, make decisions, and take ownership without waiting for perfect instructions.

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Codex.
• Strong practical use of AI tools for product work, analysis, prototyping, dashboards, agents, internal tools, or workflow automation.
• Proven experience with user portals, dashboards, onboarding flows, mobile apps and strong UX.
• Good familiarity with APIs, webhooks, databases, logs, and integrations.
• Experience working closely with technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset — you measure, validate, and optimize.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear decisions and execution.
• High independence, urgency, ownership, and resilience under pressure.
• Fluent Hebrew and English — mandatory.

• Experience with accounting, invoicing, ERP, bookkeeping, payments, FinTech, or financial operations products.
• Former founder or entrepreneurial operator.
• Experience creating AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Fluent Russian — big plus.
