About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale Edikted's global D2C growth engine. You'll own our performance marketing strategy end-to-end — driving user acquisition, maximizing ROAS, and pioneering AI-enabled marketing transformations to fuel our hyper-growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of data and culture. You understand how to build scalable growth infrastructure, move fast in a trend-driven environment, and translate Gen Z consumer behavior into high-performing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Edikted's global performance marketing strategy — driving maximum efficiency and growth from an existing budget across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Pinterest. This role is for someone who thrives on analytical rigor, leading a data-driven operation built on numbers, insights, and clear rationale — finding every optimization lever to improve ROAS, lower CAC, and grow LTV — not someone looking to scale spend, but someone who knows how to make every dollar work harder.
- Drive creative-led growth by partnering with Creative, Fashion, and Influencer teams to build a continuous pipeline of high-performing, trend-driven assets (UGC, Spark Ads, Whitelisting).
- Leverage analytics platforms, attribution tools, and A/B testing frameworks to extract actionable insights and optimize the full funnel — from first ad impression to checkout. Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team spanning PPC, Email, SMS, and Push marketing — fostering a culture of speed, innovation, and accountability.
- Own the full lifecycle marketing stack alongside the CRM and Retention teams — driving customer retention and LTV through Klaviyo-powered email, SMS, push, and retargeting programs.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role — within the D2C / E-commerce / Fashion or lifestyle space.
- Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling performance-based acquisition campaigns.
- Deep expertise in TikTok Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including advanced knowledge of algorithmic bidding, creative-led growth, and audience curation. Google Ads experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, SMS, and retention marketing — including familiarity with lifecycle flows, segmentation, and tools like Klaviyo.
- A highly analytical, data-first mindset with a proven track record of driving efficiency and growth through rigorous data analysis.
- Thrives in a high-velocity, trend-driven environment — able to pivot strategies quickly based on real-time data and cultural moments.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).

- Proven experience running performance-based acquisition campaigns tailored to the US retail/consumer market, ideally within a D2C brand.
- Experience managing multi-channel acquisition teams (Search, Social, Programmatic, Native).
- Advanced familiarity with marketing automation, AI-driven creative testing tools, or generative AI for marketing optimization.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of Gen Z culture and content trends.
