Special Projects & Operations Manager - Hands On

Unit Group is an international talent, workforce, R&D, and investment partner, helping companies build teams, develop products, invest in innovation, and scale globally.

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary, and hands-on operator to work directly with company leadership across operations, products, business development, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Operations

• Manage ongoing company operations, vendors, purchasing, and administrative tasks.
• Lead implementation of internal automations, AI tools, workflows, and business systems.
• Improve operational efficiency, reporting, and cost optimization.
• Manage and continuously improve company websites, digital assets, and internal systems.

2. Internal Products & Strategic Projects

• Act as Product Owner for internal projects, products and future company ventures.
• Coordinate with development teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive product execution.
• Use AI and modern no-code/vibe-coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate product development and operations.
• Lead and support special projects across the group.

3. Client-Facing Projects

• Support pre-sales activities, solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
• Coordinate post-sale project delivery together with internal and external teams.
• Work closely with the Edge3 team and clients to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of the relevant experience
• Former startup founder or early-stage startup executive.
• Proven hands-on experience building and launching software products.
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C SaaS products, preferably in HRTech, Payroll, EOR, Recruitment Tech, IoT, or similar industries.
• Strong business and commercial mindset.
• Highly proficient with AI tools, automations, and modern productivity platforms.
• Exceptional multitasking, project management, and execution capabilities.
