We’re Hiring: Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale strategic digital transformation project within a complex enterprise environment.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, technical leadership, and hands-on system implementation, and is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of a modern knowledge management.

🔹 About the Role

You will lead a major enterprise initiative focused on:

• Migrating and modernizing a large-scale SharePoint environment
• Implementing new business processes, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform
• Managing information architecture across the organization
• Working closely with multiple business units and technical stakeholders
• Ensuring business continuity during a critical transformation phase

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own full project lifecycle: planning, execution, timelines, and delivery
• Lead a team of implementation specialists
• Define architecture, structure, and governance for digital content and systems
• Design and oversee scalable solutions in SharePoint and Power Platform
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting when needed
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing complex IT / digital transformation projects
• Strong background with SharePoint (especially Modern / Online environments)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Experience in enterprise knowledge management or intranet systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance technical depth + project leadership
• Experience leading small technical teams or implementation groups
