• nLead and manage a development team of approximately 7 developers
• .Assign tasks and monitor execution and progress
• .Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship
• .Resolve complex technological and architectural challenges
• .Collaborate closely with various stakeholders involved in the project
• .Ensure project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met

.Requirement

• sAt least 6 years of experience as a Development Team Leader
• .Strong hands-on development experience with .NET, SQL, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• .Proven experience leading development teams in complex projects
• .Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• .Relevant academic background or professional education in a related field
