Position Overview-

• Founding Backend / Core Software Engineer joining as one of the very first engineering hires within a tight-knit Core R&D squad, reporting directly to the CTO.
• Taking comprehensive technical and architectural ownership over a greenfield product from designing distributed engines capable of high-throughput, real-time data processing, pattern recognition, and live policy enforcement.
• Bridging deep infrastructure engineering with advanced production-grade AI, orchestrating workloads across specialized edge models and advanced global LLM APIs.
• Engaging directly with enterprise design partners to gather technical requirements and translate complex compliance constraints into deterministic code logic.

Requirements-

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science from a leading university, OR an alumnus of an elite technological military unit (with a strict minimum of 5 years of military engineering experience) - Mandatory
• 5 years of proven professional experience specializing in backend software engineering within fast-paced product startup ecosystems (with a distinct preference for Cyber, compliance, or AI domains) - Mandatory
• Hands-on programming mastery and production-grade fluency in languages such as Go, Python, or Node.js - Mandatory
• Direct, practical experience operating with modern cloud-native infrastructures and orchestration tools (such as Kubernetes, Terraform, or Helm) - Mandatory
• Strong conceptual or practical capability to interface with AI toolchains and deploy automated inference workflows - Mandatory
• Complete, fluent English verbal and written communication skills for direct customer-facing collaboration - Mandatory
