Hardware Validation Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Validation Team Leader to join a multidisciplinary R&D environment and lead a team responsible for board and system-level validation activities.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, hardware debugging, validation methodology, and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Hardware Validation Engineers.
• Define validation plans, test methodologies, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive board bring-up, system validation, and regression testing activities.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python.
• Analyze failures, perform root-cause investigations, and drive corrective actions.
• Work closely with Hardware, Firmware, and System Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Generate validation reports and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Continuously improve validation processes, tools, and automation capabilities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Hardware Validation, Hardware Test, or related engineering roles.
• Previous experience leading engineers or technical projects.
• Hands-on experience with board bring-up, hardware debugging, and laboratory equipment.
• Strong Python scripting and test automation skills.
• Experience investigating complex hardware and firmware interactions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
