Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI / Automation Developer to design and build the internal tools, integrations, and AI-powered workflows that make the business run better.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership. It suits a self-taught builder who works well without being managed closely. You will work directly with operational leadership and own projects from the first request all the way to a working solution, making the right technical calls along the way. If you hear a business problem and immediately start thinking about how to build the thing that solves it, you will feel at home here.

What you'll do:

• Take internal requests, figure out what is really needed, and turn them into working solutions
• Design and build internal tools, automations, integrations, and AI-powered workflows from start to finish
• Connect systems and data sources that were never built to work together (APIs, webhooks, MCP)
• Build and run AI agents that handle real tasks
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to ship faster without lowering quality
• Own your projects fully: plan, build, document, deploy, and improve
• Help improve processes through smart use of software, AI, and automation
• Write clear technical and prompt documentation that others can build on

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience
• Real experience building internal tools, automations, or workflow systems that people actually use
• Strong hands-on Python skills
• Solid experience with APIs and system integrations. This is a core part of the role
• Experience building AI agents
• Comfortable with AI-assisted coding (vibe-coding) using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, or similar
• Comfortable with databases and modern backend tools such as Supabase, MongoDB, or similar
• Good working knowledge of Git, APIs, integrations, and MCP
• A strong problem solver who breaks down hard problems instead of getting stuck on them
• Very independent and self-taught. You pick up new tools on your own and take full ownership of your work

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Priority ERP, monday.com, and Power BI
• Experience with browser extensions or process automation
• Basic UX/UI thinking and the ability to create simple wireframes
• A portfolio, GitHub, or examples of things you have built and shipped
