A leading defense company is looking for an Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Analyze data from manufacturing and logistics domains using SAP, MES, BI tools, and Excel

Generate operational insights to improve and optimize processes

Provide support to SAP users, including troubleshooting and defining new system requirements

Define, monitor, and control operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational targets

Build reports, analyses, and dashboards to present insights across the organization

Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead optimization initiatives in logistics and operations

Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and work methods across warehouses and operational units

Work cross-functionally with warehouses, production planning (PP), IT, and project managers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Information Systems – Mandatory

Advanced proficiency in Excel – Mandatory

Experience with BI tools and report generation – Mandatory

Proven experience in data analysis and generating operational insights – Mandatory

Experience working with SAP (especially MM, WM, PP modules) – Mandatory

Good level of English

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

Willingness to work full-time and additional hours when required

Advantages:

At least 2 years of experience in an operational/logistics environment

Experience with Power Query

Knowledge of VBA and/or Python

Experience working with ERP / WMS systems

Experience leading Continuous Improvement processes
